Julie really saved us! I am new to Memphis and was transferring for work. Unfortunately my wife could not leave Ohio. Julie helped me pick out a home without me having much input from my wife. She made sure we got a home we would love and. SAVED ME 40k under the asking price. She even “closed” the negotiations while I was out of town! It was the best experience I could hope for and 3 months late. We love our home and our neighberhood. Thanks Julie
