James Johnson was Absolutely amazing!!! It was my first house and I knew nothing about the housing market. He took his time and ex everything. He also went above and beyond to help me get me where I need too be. I couldn't have done it with out him. I would recommend him for any person looking for a home even if it's your first home. He will tell you straight as it is.

Since we were buying a home in a state we never even visited, it was very important to us that we work with an agent with integrity, ethics and values.  Jim was recommended to us by a family member who also enjoyed the value of Jim’s experience and knowledge of the area.  We began with exchanged emails and phone conversations and worked with Jim over a four month period to find the right community and home for us. Throughout that time, Jim supplied us with various listing and educated us on the various areas and neighborhoods around the radius point of Knoxville, giving us the pros and cons as we looked at homes. As retirees, access to medical care and facilities is an important factor and Jim was a great help on that topic.
