We had put our home up for sale in Chicago to relocate to Tennessee right at the beginning of covid . Our home sold right away so we had moved into a hotel for 3 months. Everything was starting to shut down and we were getting worried so we made a last minute decision to take a trip down to Tennessee for the weekend to look at homes. We contacted Demere and right from the beginning she went above and beyond. The first day Demere picked us up from out hotel and took us to look at several homes. Buy the days end we had narrowed the list down and decided to go back for a second look. Demere was determined to find us the perfect home knowing we were just in for the weekend and that we had been staying in a hotel.. the next morning Demere did a last minute search for homes to see because she knew exactly what we were looking for after spending the day with us and listening to all the little details of what we liked or didn’t like. Demere found us our beautiful home before we left to go back to Chicago. She made everything so easy for us. We could not have asked for a better agent and would recommend her in a heart beat.
