Rena worked to find us the perfect house to fit our preferences and needs. We love it. She made the buying process as easy as possible and was great to work with throughout.

First of all, I have never met a more enthusiastic Real Estate Agent in my life! Some of the agents we worked with briefly in the past were either grumpy or didn't seem to think we were serious buyers. NOT RENA! She wanted to get to know us and asked us about our story. She took things like our favorite style of music, our pets, and our overall vibe she trademarked as "annoyingly adorable." We knew she was the right person for us when she coined that term! She meant it with adoration and we felt very comfortable and like we were looking at houses with a friend. Not only did she make us feel comfortable and that we were more than a business deal, but she freaking knows this market! I hate admitting this to Rena and my husband Ryan...but I didn't even want to go see the house we bought! I was tired of being outbid or homes being way out of our budget. Rena persisted and on a whim, we took a look at this house that is in a great East Memphis neighborhood, close to my old college stomping grounds, 10-15 minutes from everything, and had all of our wants: backyard, at least 3 bedrooms, no main stairs to walk up and down daily. When I tell you I was flabbergasted, that is an understatement, I stood in the front doorway for a good 5 minutes, because I was so in love with the door! Then we looked at the rest of the house, OH. MY. GOSH. It was exactly what we had been trying to describe, but didn't have the words for. Rena took all of our funkiness and quirks and introduced us to our beautiful home. We have the charm and oddities we love, with a well-built traditional home, in the center of exactly where we want to be in Memphis. Rena is not only a great agent, but she is also a visionary and tries to get to know the people she is working with, which I think is beginning to be a lost art form these days! Would I recommend her? HECK YES!

We had an awesome experience working with Rena to find our first house. She has so much knowledge of the Memphis area. She was willing to help us through the countless issues that came along the way and helped educate us with the home buying us. There were a lot of little to medium issues that came up along the way, and Rena really went to bat for us. We were able to find a great property within our budget!
