While not knowing all of the exact steps in the process, he was right there to help us with next steps and what we needed to do. He would get back to us right away (evenings and weekends included). We were nervous about taking this next step of home buying, but he made it feel so simple. Russ is very calm, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He helped us find a perfect home for us! When my step-dad who was caring for my elderly invalid mom passed away suddenly, I needed help. Both my sister and I lived out of state, and mom could not care for herself.
