Sasha was friendly and easy to communicate with. She kept me constantly updated and informed. I'm sure I was a pest at times but she handled me with great aplomb and I didn't feel like an idiot. I would use her to sell my main residence, but the timing of that will be when I'm pushing up daisies!

Since we were buying a home in a state we never even visited, it was very important to us that we work with an agent with integrity, ethics and values.  Jim was recommended to us by a family member who also enjoyed the value of Jim’s experience and knowledge of the area.  We began with exchanged emails and phone conversations and worked with Jim over a four month period to find the right community and home for us. Throughout that time, Jim supplied us with various listing and educated us on the various areas and neighborhoods around the radius point of Knoxville, giving us the pros and cons as we looked at homes. As retirees, access to medical care and facilities is an important factor and Jim was a great help on that topic.
