My husband and I recently purchased our first home with Russ as our Realtor. I reached out to him one evening and by later that same evening he had some showing scheduled for us. On day one of searching (very rare in the Knoxville, TN market right now), we had an offer accepted. He was great with explaining to us the process and was so responsive to any questions I had. While not knowing all of the exact steps in the process, he was right there to help us with next steps and what we needed to do. He would get back to us right away (evenings and weekends included). We were nervous about taking this next step of home buying, but he made it feel so simple. Russ is very calm, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He helped us find a perfect home for us!
