As the rental agreement was ending, we decided to sell the home. As it had been such a great experience working with Joan buying the house, it was an easy decision to ask her to list it for us. Once the renters moved out, Joan helped us find painters and cleaners and the home was on the market in a week. On that first day we had 5 offers and accepted the highest and strongest offer which was $20 thousand over our asking price! I am aware that the current market conditions have a lot to do with the selling price of a home.
