He does a really great job showing a house, taking the time to point out details that we may have missed otherwise and ensuring we were taking everything into consideration with a property, while allowing us to come to our own decision. He negotiated a great deal for us, and he attended all inspections for us, as we were not able to. In the end, we wound up with a great house and we are so happy with it.
