Ron Hill

We worked with Ron last spring when we purchased our home in Greeneville. From the very first time we spoke with him, we knew that he "got" what we were looking for and would do a great job. He was endlessly patient with us, and super responsive. He does a really great job showing a house, taking the time to point out details that we may have missed otherwise and ensuring we were taking everything into consideration with a property, while allowing us to come to our own decision. He negotiated a great deal for us, and he attended all inspections for us, as we were not able to. In the end, we wound up with a great house and we are so happy with it. It truly is our happy place, and Ron helped us get that. We cannot thank him enough, and we strongly recommend him as an excellent realtor to work with.

Ron has been instrumental in helping us acquire and sell several properties. He is by far the most trustworthy and honorable realtor I have ever met.

I listed the house with Mr Hill on a family member's recommendation. He was well spoken and courteous from the onset, He talked on the phone and in person several times and as needed including coming to my new house out of town for signing of papers. He was always professional and down to earth so that relating was easy for me. I have no problems trusting Mr Hill. A number of offers were briefly entertained but were not suitable for a contract. Mr Hill was optimistic during the process but also realistic. The offer that did turn into a purchase was dealt with quickly and appropriately. I had numerous questions and concerns during the process which Mr Hill handled to my satisfaction. He also used a local title company for my closing that was helpful in every way. I would use Mr Hill again for an agent and recommend him to others. After getting to know him as my agent, I feel sure Mr Hill could assist the first time home buyer or executive/ corporate investor.

My life has been a mess since my home burnt in 2015, rendering a single mom homeless with 2 small children, ruining my credit, and basically abusing me for the last 10 years. Buying this home has been disappointing with several issues that has absolutely nothing to do with RON, as a matter of fact he kept me from pulling my hair out more than once and always was very timely with his responses.
