We bought our first Tennessee home from Pam four years ago in Bluff City. We have loved our Bluff City home, although we had fallen in love with a little yellow house on Boone Lake that was not available. Approx 6 weeks ago the yellow house was listed for sale, but it had gone pending immediately. I reached out to Pam and 3 days later she called and said the yellow house was once again available. The sale had to close in 3 weeks to keep the bank happy, but the title company was having issues. Pam kept track of the details, who was doing what and who was a slacker, and switched the title company so we could close on time.
