A Story 4 Years in the Making

Pam Hurd has excellent knowledge of the real estate market for buying and selling. Pam's husband Ben is also a good sounding board if you need guidance concerning repairs and upgrades. We bought our first Tennessee home from Pam four years ago in Bluff City. We have loved our Bluff City home, although we had fallen in love with a little yellow house on Boone Lake that was not available. Approx 6 weeks ago the yellow house was listed for sale, but it had gone pending immediately. I reached out to Pam and 3 days later she called and said the yellow house was once again available. The sale had to close in 3 weeks to keep the bank happy, but the title company was having issues. Pam kept track of the details, who was doing what and who was a slacker, and switched the title company so we could close on time. Pam was continually prompt, professional, and patient in answering our questions and returning phone calls. Pam knows everyone in the industry and has cordial relationships with them all.
