I have sold many properties over the decades and have dealt with many agents and Marilyn is the best of the best!! She does a fantastic job with pictures descriptions on the MLS, marketing and doing everything she can to get buyers in. She has a great knowledge of Sanibel and surrounding areas. As an added bonus she is a wonderful soul with I appreciated and I know buyers do as well. She sold our family property on Sanibel and was presented with many challenges due to my Dad being 95 refusing to use DocuSign, couldn’t work his computer etc. Marilyn was super patient, kind and understanding of all my Dad’s challenges. I personally would have quit the listing but Marilyn persevered and was able to make the deal happen. She has the patience and understanding of a Saint. I looked forward to every conversation with her because she is such a wonderful person. Know that if you’ve got a property in the Sanibel or surrounding areas you’re in great hands with Marilyn. I would use her again in a heartbeat. There are a ton of agents out there and it’s hard to know who to choose but take my word for it Marilyn is a superstar and you won’t regret choosing her!!!!!
