Cheryl is very knowledgeable about real estate in our area. She guides us through the entire process expertly and has a knack for remembering all our important “details”, which is especially helpful for we elderly folks. A big standout with Cheryl is she’s never without a smile. It is obvious she loves her job … helping people. Simply can’t say enough about how wonderful Cheryl is … and her auctioneer husband Barry is right up there too.

Cheryl attended EVERY meeting for moral support even when her presence was not necessary, kept me up to date on any action required of me.
