Nathan was on top of the negotiations 24/7, he works around the clock to get the sale completed.

Look, the market is tough right now. We knew that going in. However, Nathan was able to market our home in a way that allowed us to sell when other homes weren’t moving. Selling a home can be stressful and once you have an agreement, the stress can increase. Having Nathan to lean on during negotiations and the back and forth that comes when selling was invaluable. Nathan will tell you the truth and be direct which is exactly what you need when selling!

We really enjoyed working with Nathan to sell our place. He kept us informed every step of the way and was very quick to answer any questions we had during the process. We always appreciate his valuable advice, knowledge and communication. We often recommend Nathan to friends and family, and look forward to working with him in the future.
