There is no pressure from him to persuade his clients to buy something for his benefit. He strives to please his clients. There were occasions when I asked if anything new was on the market, and he would say there were a couple of new listings, but nothing I would be interested in. He understood very well what my needs were and what I was looking for.

I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Alice. We appreciate and respect her for her knowledge, honesty, and hard work she put into selling our house for us.
