WOW!!! My wife and I feel very lucky to have found Melissa and fortunate enough to rely on her experience and expertise during the process. We were in Tennessee for a conference, visited friends, and in the process of them showing us around their neighborhood, we decided to take a look at some homes that were for sale. On a Saturday evening, we were able to engage with Melissa and in very short order (a matter of hours), she set up multiple showings (on a Sunday!) of the houses we had interest in. She is very knowledgeable about the processes, had all the resources, referrals and recommendations needed to keep us moving forward.
