Brandon helped us find the house where we will raise our family. For us, the most important factor was the school zone which significantly limited the number of properties available. Brandon took the extra time to locate properties that were not even on the market which lead us to the house we eventually bought. Brandon has many helpful contacts in the real estate industry to assist with financing and inspection- he was even able to get us a per-approval letter on a Sunday morning to complete our offer.

Where do I begin, I first met Teresa eight months ago when, I found a listing online that I liked. She met me at the location and showed me the house and advise me of its flaws. For the next month, I reached out to her multiple times to look at some other houses. She told me she had a friend that was selling her house and she thought we would love it. She was correct. At 9 o’clock at night, she drove with us up to the house and showed us the property. This is where it all began. My house was a contingent sale on the other homeowners. Teresa put in unknown amount of painstaking hours between, sending me documents for me to sign (multiple times) to spending hours at an auction trying to figure out what was going on with the contingent property. She put in many more painstaking hours drafting up more paperwork for me to sign. This process went on for six months, but Teresa did not give up on me. She kept pushing through with a positive attitude and assuring me that she will make it happen. Even on the day of our closing, I had to throw her one last curve ball and what did she do? She hit it out of the park. I can now say she is more than a realtor to me, I do consider her one of my friends. I hope this review gets out to people so they can also see how awesome of a person Teresa is. Update after closing, to show you that she cares about you more then any other realtor does, she bought us a custom door mat with our last name on it and flowers to plant. Wendy went above and beyond, did not matter what house or time we wanted to look at a house. She made the whole process fun and enjoyable! This was our first home purchase and we did not go wrong with having Wendy. She was very active and on top of things to ensure we got the house we wanted and didn’t settle on just any house.
