I don’t think anyone could have worked harder for me than Dawn! Her work ethic is nonstop and over the top. I would recommend her to anyone purchasing a house.

We found Tava quite by accident. We were new to the area and were looking around for someone to talk to about renting (yes, renting). Tava was the only one that returned our call. We ended up renting with a different agency, but Tava kept in touch with us. She wasn't asking us to buy a house, just checking in and asking how we like Colorado Springs. A year later, when we decided to purchase, she was the obvious go-to choice. We've owned and sold homes in Indiana and Georgia; our experience with Tava was literally the best (not hyperbole). Tava listened and really got to know what we were looking for. We are SO glad we met her. Once, we thought we had found our house and had a home inspection. About halfway through the inspection, Tava told us that this wasn't our house (for a variety of reasons), and she was right! When looking for a Realtor, there will be no better choice than Tava. I promise, you'll thank me later.

Marion Goins is very knowledgeable in his profession. He made sure of all aspects of the sale was efficient and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfy would use him again Thanks

JD is easy to deal with and down to earth. He is carrying a very compassion about what he does. He’s not in it to oversell or try to get you into something that you don’t want to purchase and seems to look out for the people that he represents. I would highly recommend him to others looking to buy or sell a house!!!

I had a wonderful experience working with Samantha and her team on the sale of my home. She was professional, responsive, and truly attentive to my needs throughout the entire process. Samantha made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and straightforward, always keeping me informed and answering all my questions promptly. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated real estate agent. Thank you, Samantha and Savannah, for all your hard work and support! — Amie Kirby
