WOW!!! My wife and I feel very lucky to have found Melissa and fortunate enough to rely on her experience and expertise during the process. We were in Tennessee for a conference, visited friends, and in the process of them showing us around their neighborhood, we decided to take a look at some homes that were for sale. On a Saturday evening, we were able to engage with Melissa and in very short order (a matter of hours), she set up multiple showings (on a Sunday!) of the houses we had interest in. Sarah helped us buy two houses on Signal Mountain in the same year, and she earned five stars on both. The first was a half-finished build that no lender would write a construction loan against — and partway through negotiating, the property was repossessed. Most agents would have moved on. Sarah tracked down the new owner, reopened the deal, and got it done. We own that house because of her. The second was an all-cash purchase with out-of-state sellers. She ran it just as tightly: she got the sellers to repair the HVAC and a structural issue before closing, at their expense, and stayed on top of the paperwork, the title company, and the deadlines so we didn't have to. Two things stand out. She is always reachable — texts answered nights and weekends, and we never once had to chase her. And she knows Signal Mountain and the market cold, which is exactly what made both of these deals possible. Sarah is our realtor for future transactions for sure.
