When you sell a house, it can feel like stepping into the unknown, but thanks to Gina, we never once felt lost. She was always available to answer every question we had—trust me, my husband and I had plenty! Beyond her expertise, her sweet disposition shone through; every visit felt like welcoming a friend. Selling our home was a huge milestone filled with emotions, and Gina’s calm guidance turned what could have been a stressful process into a smooth, reassuring experience. We can’t recommend her highly enough!

It is daunting to buy a house, but buying one out of state, where you are not present for the entire process, is even more so. You have to have a level of trust beyond normal to know that things you can not be present for or see are going to be taken care of. First of all, even before we ever went to TN, Chris was educating us about the different areas that would work for what we were trying to accomplish (long term rental and maybe later retirement home). He arranged multiple walk-throughs via Facetime, did an enormous amount of research on multiple properties, and answered all my questions; making himself available even after hours (we're talking late), guiding us through unfamiliar paperwork and processes, referring us to great inspectors, property managers, etc. I can not say enough how hard this man worked to make this happen for us. When we WERE there, he drove us (what felt like) all over Eastern Tennessee to see the different areas, give us the PRO's and CON's of each, and was extremely hospitable showing us some great local places to eat! In the end, we got a phenomenal home, many repairs completed at the seller's expense that Chris was able to negotiate for us, and an intro to a great property manager. His support staff was also great, keeping us informed regularly. And to top it all off, he is just a super nice, genuine person, with a huge heart, and I could not be more satisfied and happy with our choice of agent!
