Mr. Barefoot purchased my home and made a very generous offer despite its extensive damage and required repair work. He allowed us to stay in it rent-free until we closed on our new home, even though the closing process was delayed. He stayed in communication with us throughout the process and went WAY beyond the call to help us out when we moved. This was much appreciated because we’re disabled senior citizens. He even found a crew who transported our pet potbellied pig after the person we hired pulled a moving-day no-show, and caught and secured a pet kitty who had escaped her carrier. We were able to recover our beloved family member that we feared was lost forever. He is wonderful to deal with in every way, and I highly recommend him to other house sellers and buyers. Your selling process will be painless and there won’t be any unpleasant surprises along the way.

Market knowledge was exceptional, always professional, always kept me informed and gave invaluable advice when needed!

She is very sweet and professional. She is easy to communicate with and diligent in her work. If you want an agent that is dedicated to sell your home and taking care of everything, Theresa is the one!

Diane is absolutely the BEST! She has exceptional market knowledge. She listened to what we wanted and directed us back to our goals when we had a tendency to feel overwhelmed. She has a keen eye for details. She would notice the little things that would be a source of irritation when actually living in the home. Diane was very thorough when explaining every aspect of the buying process. We appreciated her guiding hand. Without going into details, I will say that Diane went to bat for us in more ways than even we know. We are so very grateful. If you are buying or selling a home you can make no better decision than to secure Diane as your agent.
