I was very apprehensive about selling our home of 28 years. ML was so patient with me and sent me listings that were appropriate for my husband and me. Eventually, she sent the magic one that suited us perfectly and we bought it immediately. As for selling our longtime home, ML guided us through the process, always sensitive to how emotional it was for me. Our house sold in 3 days, so the process went very quickly. On both sides of the buying/selling transactions, my husband and I were both impressed with ML’s depth of knowledge about Nashville real estate and on the rare occasions when she didn’t have the answer, she found the answer in a timely manner. We are very happy in our new home, but the transition was made much smoother because we had a terrific real estate agent.
