From the first time Teresa Renfroe from Mark Spain Realty came into our living room to give us information on how to market our property for sale we were very impressed. We were so impressed that we did not even bother to interview any other real estate agents. She was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. She laid out and effectively explained all options that Mark Spain offered. We opted for the traditional sale. Within 2 days of the listing we had more hits than we anticipated. Ms. Renfroe was on top of all appointments and worked tirelessly to make our very swift offer a reality. If she could not take phone calls she would make sure that she returned them even when we least expected. Within 30 days, from the inception of the offer we closed on our property.

One year ago... we were looking for a home near Nashville when there were really none that fit our needs at the time. After a long search, our daughter turned us onto DOUG as she had him for a home she purchased a few years earlier. DOUG found us a home that was a perfect fit in Spring Hill at a fair price that wasn’t even listed yet on the MLS. Today, DOUG helped us sell that home as a move out of state prompted the sale. We wanted to originally list during the holiday season, however, being a slow market time DOUG suggested that we wait until after the holidays to keep the listing fresh. DOUG did suggest that we place a Coming Soon sign in the yard Incase there were any interested parties. Then BANG! A couple saw the Coming Soon sign and inquired about the house. The next day the couple came through the home and made an offer! The offer was accepted and the rest is history. There were a few small bumps along the way on the buyers side but DOUG stayed on top of the situations and kept us advised. By doing that, we were very assured that the sale would be made and his communications kept us calm and collected. Would we use DOUG again? YES!!!
