My wife and I moved out of state and decided to sell our home after one year of renting so we could buy our next home. Marty wore every hat you could possible wear to help get the house in shape to be put on the market. He checked up on the house and proactively addressed any potential issues he saw. He mowed the yard, he planted flowers, he fixed window screens, he installed outdoor faucet covers before a freeze warning. You name it, he was a Jack of all trades and he was pleasant throughout the entire experience. He always answered when we called and he was very reliable and transparent through the whole process. Not only is he very knowledgeable, but he went out of his way to go above and beyond more times than I can count and was incredible polite and generous. He made selling our home such a smooth process and gave us peace of mind. You are in great hands with Marty.
