Bill was attentive to our needs and listened to our likes and dislikes, providing properties that were worth taking the time to see instead of ones that did not match what we prioritized. He was professional and prompt with communication and negotiations. We genuinely felt that he had our best interest in mind and always advocated for us which is most important in a market where buyers can be pushed around by sellers.
