I sold a four flat with her in Humboldt Park with Carolyn as the listing agent. She assessed the building and ask me to wait a couple months so that I could demonstrate higher rents. I have left deals and thought that agent was over-paid. Carolyn is worth every penny! Will only use her from now on.
