First thing he did was make me comfortable with the process and discussed the values in my area and the value of my property based off that. He got beautiful listing pictures online because that gets people interested. My home sold in less than a month. Jeff also helped me with the purchase of my new home. And he didn’t stop when the sale was closed. He checked back every week or so to make sure I was getting settled in. I would recommend Jeff Wright to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home. We sold a house and built a house using Tad LeFevre. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tad to anyone one buying or selling. He is professional, responsive, and great to have on your team. He was able to bring in more for our home than what I was expecting. During our build he met multiple times with us and the builder. Maybe the most impressive thing about Tad is his communication. Of all the phone calls and emails I sent him, he would either answer right away or get back within an hour or so. That's a big deal to me as some relators struggle getting back.
