I had quite a bit of hesitation because of past home issues and a list of musts. I really needed someone knowledgeable in my needs and Danielle was on it and so helpful. She held my hand through the whole process, eased my nerves, was never pushy or sales-y, she wanted me to be happy with my big purchase! Communication, service were wonderful.
