Let me be upfront. The sale of my house was forced from a divorce and Sandi was friends with the ex's family. It's important to get that out, as obviously this was not a situation I wanted, and I definitely didn't choose her. I have to say, I couldn't have been blessed more. Sandi walked in and promised she represented both of us, and she would do that fairly and without bias. She held to that. She would communicate well and fair, and always considered everyone and their needs, concerns, and opinions. She gave solid advice, and even trusted me when I asked her to, and we sold the house with an out of this world offer! Without Sandi and her commitment to make this sale work, and work with us to make it happen I don't know most people would have had the patience at times. At the end I felt I walked away with a realtor and a friend. I never should've doubted her from the beginning, but I am beyond thankful she stuck it out and made it work!

The day we met Marty, she immediately made us feel like family. Every showing, every appointment was always on our time, she always made sure to accommodate us. Even when she was unavailable, she made herself available. Even when we drug her along to seven different houses in a day, on multiple occasions, she never got impatient with us or lost her charm, and she always told us that the process was about what we wanted and never tried to pressure us for a sale. Because of her industry experience she shared different plausible scenarios involving the sale of my home, and because I am a detailed person, that was comforting for me. Never did she appear to tire of my questions always maintaining great communication about her availability and followed up in a timely manner. While I was aware I was not her only client, she made me feel like the expeditious sale of my home was her top priority . I experienced delays with repair and upgrades I wanted to do, and she was there to assist with vendor recommendations as I was not local for this whole process. She even met contractors at the home to do work or review estimates.
