He sent us a detailed list and like bad clients, we wanted to see them all. Shad didn't flinch and promptly scheduled 13 showings on a Single Sunday. We went from house to house and over 200 miles until we found the right home for our needs. He walked us through the offer process and crafted a solution that closed the deal quickly. Once we were under contract he went the above and beyond to walk the house with our inspector and even went down there to get the keys for us at closing since we closed in a different city. We made this as complicated as possible and Shad held our hands the entire way. We cannot recommend him enough and when you are making a large investment like this it definitely helps to have an expert show you the way.

Nancy has been great helping us buy our retirement land. Not only does she do a great job of communicating about the real estate transaction, but she has been so helpful providing us with information on the Pulaski area and community as we make plans to move that way in the future.
