Brandi Thigpen was our Buyer's Agent for a recent home purchase in Tennessee. The "modern" aspect of this transaction was we had never seen the house in person. Our daughter learned a home was for sale nearby and thought we might be interested. Brandi had previously helped them when purchasing their house. We texted Brandi & introduced ourselves and immediately she called and we talked about what we wanted to do. We went over the particulars and discussed offers.
