Brandi Thigpen was our Buyer's Agent for a recent home purchase in Tennessee. The "modern" aspect of this transaction was we had never seen the house in person. Our daughter learned a home was for sale nearby and thought we might be interested. Brandi had previously helped them when purchasing their house.
