This was our first time home purchase. Misty made this process a breeze and was there at any time to answer any questions we had. She checked in with us periodically even during the slow times of the process. I believe with Misty it was more about us as clients than it was for her to make a sale. Larry was great to work with. We had to move back to WI because of wife's Cancer treatment and surgery. So, he took care of the home and check on it many times since it was empty. 3 days before our closing a major storm hit and did damage to the home by pulling a big tree down which miss the home but did take the electric riser and power box down and damage a part of the gutter. This cause us over $5000 to fix and on top of that it cause the dishwasher and stove to be replace which cause us more dollars. He knew this would cause us hardship so he decided to reduce his commission down so that the closing could still go on and we didn't have to bring dollars to closing. With the Cancer treatments and the cost there, it was one last thing to worry about, if anybody needs a Contractor too. Contact Gary at G2G Home Improvement because he also helped on the cost.
