So many changes had been instituted in the real estate business since we purchased last. Liz educated us on the changes that included the importance of being pre-approved in this current market to be able to make an offer immediately. She explained how different types of properties may need different types of loans and institutions, such as land only to build on vs land with a site built home vs land with a manufactured home.
