Hi, I'm Lizette Green-Bean (yes that really is my last name!) I am a proud mother of five and two beautiful grandchildren! Three of my kids are currently serving in the military. With my passion, know how, and knowledge about the lay of the land, I am the real estate professional you have been looking for! I am an Illinois native, but I originally moved to Tennessee in 2007 to attend Tennessee State University in Nashville. I relocated to Clarksville, TN in 2013 with my husband and have been in this growing city ever since. My goal as a REALTOR® is to provide excellent customer service and inform my clients on the best steps to purchasing or selling a home. As a real estate agent, I have had the privilege to help many people in the pursuit of their dream homes. I have seen people walk into my office with an idea of what they are looking for, and I have seen them walk out with something even better. I have learned so much about the real estate market and the variety of properties that are available. Every day is a new experience, and I am proud to be a part of such an important process in each of my clients' lives. I am always striving to improve my knowledge and understanding of the real estate market and to develop new strategies and techniques to help my clients find their perfect homes. I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, The Tennessee Association of REALTORS®, and the Clarksville Association of REALTORS®. I also serve on several committees for my local Association. I am familiar with areas throughout Clarksville, Nashville, and their surrounding cities. I work with clients based not only in Clarksville but throughout Middle TN as well as some areas in West Tennessee.
