From the start, we had no idea where to begin. First time selling a home! Jeff was very prompt to get the ball rolling! He explained to us in great detail what his role would be. He scheduled everything flawlessly, & also made sure the other parties were checking their boxes. If we ever had questions or concerns he was always willing to listen & answer! There was not one point in the process that I felt he wasn’t giving it his all! I will gladly use Jeff for any future real estate deals! In conclusion I’ll leave you with my 3 highlights. 1. Selling price was higher than anticipated & I attribute that to Jeff’s diligence in determining a true market value, & helping us understand what we should list for! 2. Thoroughness! Jeff made it very clear to us what was happening each step of the way. He also helped keep us on schedule by advising us on what we needed to do and when! This was key because there was zero confusion or misunderstanding! 3. Good person! It would be wrong to write this review and not include this! Jeff will treat you like family. His positive energy is infectious! His can do attitude is heartwarming. I like doing business with honest hardworking folks, and Jeff is the epitome of that! Working with Sandra and Ted made my home search a breeze. Their website made discovering and sorting available properties easy with daily updates on lots in my price range and style preferences. They were always available even late into the night to answer questions I had or even do a deep dive into research for my inquiries. They were especially resilient in changing our entire house touring schedule when I decided to change my price range rather exceptionally. Within an hour, they had multiple homes for us to check out, one of which would eventually be the home I came to purchase. Their attention to detail, industry and market knowledge, professional demeanor, and responsiveness was critical since we were from out of town and had limited time and availability. Since I was not able to be there in person for nearly the whole process, I especially appreciated how much time they took on the inspections and walk throughs to verify the specifics both on the physical house as well as the paperwork. They even left us a welcome home gift after closing with some basic home goods! The level of care Sandra and Ted put into their business and relationships is unmatched.
