From the start, we had no idea where to begin. First time selling a home! Jeff was very prompt to get the ball rolling! He explained to us in great detail what his role would be. He scheduled everything flawlessly, & also made sure the other parties were checking their boxes. If we ever had questions or concerns he was always willing to listen & answer! There was not one point in the process that I felt he wasn’t giving it his all! I will gladly use Jeff for any future real estate deals! In conclusion I’ll leave you with my 3 highlights. 1. Selling price was higher than anticipated & I attribute that to Jeff’s diligence in determining a true market value, & helping us understand what we should list for! 2. Thoroughness! Jeff made it very clear to us what was happening each step of the way. He also helped keep us on schedule by advising us on what we needed to do and when! This was key because there was zero confusion or misunderstanding! 3. Good person! It would be wrong to write this review and not include this! Jeff will treat you like family. His positive energy is infectious! His can do attitude is heartwarming. I like doing business with honest hardworking folks, and Jeff is the epitome of that! Im not one to write reviews usually, but this guy deserves it! 10/10 Will Recommend to friends and family
