Asked for help finding home a solid year+ prior to actual buy as I have worked with him professionally and it was hard to not notice that homes/real estate are his absolute passion. We were looking for a second home to plan for retirement. Our desired locations were over an hour away and Shad was instrumental in finding the right options for us to consider. He sent us a detailed list and like bad clients, we wanted to see them all. Shad didn't flinch and promptly scheduled 13 showings on a Single Sunday. We went from house to house and over 200 miles until we found the right home for our needs. He walked us through the offer process and crafted a solution that closed the deal quickly. Once we were under contract he went the above and beyond to walk the house with our inspector and even went down there to get the keys for us at closing since we closed in a different city.
