I was thinking about moving into the Lexington, KY area. I did not know much about the area. Sam was very willing to show me homes in a variety of town's and explain the benefit's of each area. I found this knowledge to be very helpful. Whenever I had a question about a property, Sam would let me know if there was anything structurally wrong with it. He know that I did not want to get involved with that. I found Sam's responsiveness and negotiation skills spot on. He really had my best interest in mind. This made the whole process much easier. And if she doesn’t know, she will not stop searching and asking until she can prove you with the correct answer. She will help you through this process 1,000 percent. She will be the one I use over and over again for any future needs and she is the one I will refer to anyone requiring professional assistance when buying a house.
