From the first time Teresa Renfroe from Mark Spain Realty came into our living room to give us information on how to market our property for sale we were very impressed. We were so impressed that we did not even bother to interview any other real estate agents. She was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. She laid out and effectively explained all options that Mark Spain offered. We opted for the traditional sale. Within 2 days of the listing we had more hits than we anticipated. Ms. Renfroe was on top of all appointments and worked tirelessly to make our very swift offer a reality. If she could not take phone calls she would make sure that she returned them even when we least expected. Within 30 days, from the inception of the offer we closed on our property.

This was one of the best experiences buying a home and we are very happy all thanks to Rob. This was our second home buying process and Rob provided so much insight and guidance during the process that it felt like he was buying our home for himself (which is what you want and appreciate when making an investment in a home). Larry was great to work with. We had to move back to WI because of wife's Cancer treatment and surgery. So, he took care of the home and check on it many times since it was empty. 3 days before our closing a major storm hit and did damage to the home by pulling a big tree down which miss the home but did take the electric riser and power box down and damage a part of the gutter. This cause us over $5000 to fix and on top of that it cause the dishwasher and stove to be replace which cause us more dollars. He knew this would cause us hardship so he decided to reduce his commission down so that the closing could still go on and we didn't have to bring dollars to closing. With the Cancer treatments and the cost there, it was one last thing to worry about, if anybody needs a Contractor too. Contact Gary at G2G Home Improvement because he also helped on the cost.

My home purchasing process was a bit of a ride. Through it all, Liesel remained with a warm and understanding spirit. I really appreciated how readily available she was to answer all of my questions or provide me with updates. Always just a phone call away! She communicated well and ensured things were moving along accordingly which created a calm reassuring process with my first time purchasing a home.

Sherrill is a wonderful person firstly, and a great real estate agent too. I called her morning, noon and night and she was always ready to help or give words of encouragement! She has lots of experience and it shows in the way she handles dealing with anything relating to buying or selling a home. If I choose to sell and buy elsewhere later on- I will call her first thing!
