My sister and I were relocating from Denver, CO and when we found Renee she paved the way for us in Tennessee. We had many set backs with the sale in Colorado. She explained how different types of properties may need different types of loans and institutions, such as land only to build on vs land with a site built home vs land with a manufactured home.
