She stayed in contact with myself and the potential seller ensuring a quick resolution nonce under contract she ensured that both of us had everything done that the lenders would need to move forward as quickly as possible. She negotiated through the inspection and appraisal flawlessly. Between her and the lenders I was able to close in ONLY 16 DAYS!! She ensured I also had a great home warranty and even shared some contact for local companies to complete services that I wanted done once I closed and took possession of my new home. She has checked in regularly since my closing and celebrated my home improvements and personalization to my home. My experience with Marlizet has ensured that should I ever decide to go through the home selling and buying process again, I know exactly who I would contact. She is amazing and I’m so grateful and appreciate the commitment and caring she showed in helping me establish myself in a new state.

Dana was right there beside us the whole way as we bought our first home ensuring everything was done right.
