Susan is a great communicator and works hard to make sure the sale of the house is as smooth as possible. Susan is an excellent negotiator and offers sound advice on what steps the seller/buyer should do next. Throughout the transactions she was able to provide me with accurate timelines, quick responses to my inquiries, and feedback for any issues we might have come across. Her photographer, Anthony, was a pleasure to work with as well and made the house look amazing for the photos. I can’t rave enough about Susan and her team.
