When I called Josh, I just knew that he was the MAN who was going to help us. This guy knows his stuff and will definitely do what’s best for you, will go above and beyond. His communication was top, there was so much we didn’t know, but he answered every question and made it so simple to where we understood every part of it. His excellent guidance, knowledge and availability made this process very smooth. Our processes was so quick too, we got our home quicker than expected (October 2018).
