Josh went above and beyond to assist me in the process. From the initial stages he established a timeline and consistently followed up to ensure we stayed on track. His professionalism and customer service are reasons why I would definitely use him again.

My Husband and I moved back to my hometown in August 2018 from the East Bay. We knew we always wanted a House. We were doing some searching on homes and realtors and were getting all sorts of confusing information. Thankfully through a coworker, who had nothing but amazing things about her experience as first time home buyers, we got Josh’s information. When I called Josh, I just knew that he was the MAN who was going to help us. This guy knows his stuff and will definitely do what’s best for you, will go above and beyond. His communication was top, there was so much we didn’t know, but he answered every question and made it so simple to where we understood every part of it. His excellent guidance, knowledge and availability made this process very smooth. Our processes was so quick too, we got our home quicker than expected (October 2018). We are so satisfied with Josh’s work we will highly be recommending Josh to family and friends. I know that for future reference we will continue to use him.

JOSH IS THE BEST AGENT IN TOWN!!! READ THIS REVIEW. I relocated from Orange County for work and needed something in a time crunch. I knew nothing about the area and was going in blind. I spoke to numerous different agents before finally finding Josh. He was incredibly easy to work with, very efficient, professional, and responsive. I could call Josh after work and he would pick up. If I didn’t speak to him direct I had a text message in seconds and a time when he would call me back. Josh knew his market. There are some questionable areas here and Josh weeded those out so we wouldn’t waste time. Any house I wanted to see we got in in a timely fashion. When the docs came in he went through every page of the loans to make sure I understood everything. He took measurements of the house so we could furnish the kitchen. He provided video of the home so we could see remotely. Now we all expect the things above to be standard but believe me they are not. I spoke to many agents in the area and I was lucky to get maybe 1 or 2 characteristics. Here is why Josh is the best. He goes far beyond the boundaries of an Agent. He worked with me on getting refunded for some sink work through my home warranty. Josh made sure I was not leaving any money on the table. He called everyday till they cut a check that I hadn’t even expected. Josh met my locksmith after hours when I locked my keys inside. I needed to move some things to the dump and he helped me haul it. He even helped me lay down the first coat of paint in my home. He recommended my exterminator, my gardener, and my solar company and all have been great. I truly have a piece of mind that if I need anything I can call him. This is refreshing to have in an Agent. Again I spoke to many Agents and none had this level of service. Josh has truly gone far beyond for my family and we are grateful. Great job Josh and you truly are THE BEST.

Josh made the process of buying our first home as much easier than we expected. He had answers to all of our questions and the ones he did not know, he found out and educated us on them very quickly. Josh was an absolute pleasure to work with, if I ever purchase another home or know of anyone, I would highly recommend using Josh! Thank you so much Josh!
