Tom was extremely helpful in finding us a home. His knowledge of the current market trends led us into expecting to find a home near the median price per square ft. A lot of the homes we viewed at first were well above these price per square averages. Once I communicated to Tom that I held these expectations he did work to find us a home in our price range as well as all the other criteria we had in our search. In the end Tom delivered. His casual style seemed ineffective at first but when prodded he met and exceeded our expectations.
