Jessica Maloney is that person! From the onset of our search, Jessica made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the process, which for most people can be stressful and comes with anxiety not knowing the outcome of the process. We were impressed with the level of knowledge Jessica had and the amount of data that she had about the market. At the time our family was looking for our second home, it was during the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic where the inventory was low and prices and mortgage rates were high. Jessica did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, from inspections, septic tank, well inspections, boilers, oil tank, etc. All foreign information to us New York City folks. We developed such a personal relationship with Jessica that she knew the exact home we were looking to purchase for our family. She came up with various lists of homes for us to see. In visiting all the homes, she was able to point out the benefits and shortcomings of each home. Jessica was always available for home tours. Her responsiveness to any homes we found was incredible. She was always accommodating to our schedule. The amount of time, effort, and patience Jessica put into searching for our home was immeasurable. She spent countless weekends for several open houses for several months until we found our dream home. Jessica’s promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, positive energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. We would recommend her without reservation. If we were ever to look to purchase another home, Jessica will ALWAYS be our go-to person.
