We’re fortunate to have had the pleasure of working with our exceptional real estate agent, Michael (Mike). From the moment we began our search for a property in the Catskills region, Mike’s patience, guidance, and insightful expertise truly set him apart from the rest. Throughout our journey, Mike exhibited an unwavering level of patience that made the entire process feel effortless. He took the time to understand our specific needs and desires, never rushing us or pressuring us into making hasty decisions. One aspect of Mike’s guidance that we particularly appreciated was his thorough explanation of the process involved in purchasing a property in upstate New York. He took the time to demystify the intricacies and ensured we have real estate partners every step of the way. During one of our conversations, Mike shared a memorable quote with us: "Focus on what you have." These words resonated deeply and became our guiding principle during the entire house-hunting process. Mike encouraged us to appreciate the unique features and potential of each property, helping us see beyond what might have initially caught our attention. It was this outlook that enabled us to find a home that matched our needs and aspirations. In conclusion, we recommend Mike as a real estate agent for anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the Catskills region. Thank you, Mike, for making our second home purchase a reality!
