It's hard to encapsulate just how masterful, responsive, friendly, and overall bang-for-your buck you get with Brian in just a few short sentences. Having both bought and sold with him, I can say that as a first-time buyer and seller, Brian was not only able to help me find a house that met all of my criteria (and negotiate for an excellent price), but also helped me navigate the complex process of buying and selling. Honestly, I'm not sure we would've bought (and sold) a home if it weren't for him. He knows the area, is a master at the processes, and honestly becomes a good friend through the the maze that is buying/selling. I can't say enough good things about Brian and how much happiness he has brought our family.
